Normal Returns: For regular returns, where the product is neither defective nor damaged, the buyer is responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs. This helps protect the interests of our sellers.

Time Frame: Elante Design Studio offers a straightforward and convenient 7-day return policy (No-questions-asked return policy). You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

All returned items must be unwashed and unused.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please follow these steps:

Initiating the Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

For non-defective returns, the buyer must take a picture and create a short video of the product, attaching both in the Return Section of the product within 1 day of receiving it. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned goods and conducting a quality check, we typically issue a 'store credit' within 24-48 hours.

The store credit has a validity of 1 year and can be used for future purchases with no restrictions.
